Even thought I’m embracing everything new in the world of Internet with joy and excitement, there are times that I wish to do things the old fashion way. And by old fashion I mean when everyone was master of its own data and the only clouds we knew were the ones in the sky. Nowadays the cloud has a new meaning and every bit of information is stored somewhere without the user actually knowing where physically that is, or what is the life span of the service that he is relying on.

I’m a huge Apple fan! I use most of their products and there have been times when I bought Apple stuff due to the their hype instead of my needs. Times changed though and I have to consider better where to spend my precious euros. And that’s probably the reason that gave me a different perspective on Apple’s hype system.

Whether you’re wealthy or not, I think it’s in our nature to look out for offers or other ways to do our job cheaper. I believe it has something to do with the emotional reward that you actually did your job without paying what the majority payed. Especially if you live in a country that goes through economy crisis (cough). However, I noticed that there are times when the compromise in quality backfires and you end up paying a lot more than you thought you saved.

I am referring to the design and the size! Two major points that still define the success of any device. However, after looking at most of the smartphones that pop every year, I’m starting to worry because it looks like big companies are going out of style!

Why I don’t like folders on my iPhone.

It’s in our nature to ask for what we don’t have and whine about it when we get it. I believe that’s the case here and I’m referring to how much I thought I needed the folders feature on my iPhone and now that I have them I stopped using them. Last night when I plugged my iPhone to my Mac I noticed that it has less than a gigabyte of free space! Really? I’m using 8, maybe 10 apps every day and I have zero music and videos. How can I possibly run out of space?
