A day in Keukenhof.

Ever since we set foot to the Netherlands, we’re in a constant exploration mode. Whether it’s a large city a few hours away by train or one of those huge green parks, the girls are always excited to see something new. Today’s plans were to visit Keukenhof, one of the world’s largest flower gardens! For those who don’t know…

Keukenhof, also known as the Garden of Europe, is one of the world’s largest flower gardens. It is situated in Lisse, the Netherlands. According to the official website for the Keukenhof Park, approximately 7 million flower bulbs are planted annually in the park, which covers an area of 32 hectares.

We spend almost 5 hours in there and I’m pretty sure there’s still more to see. This is definitely one of the most recommended things todo in the Netherlands!
